Adara Keramo Station was established in 2020 in Bura Woreda at 2,200–2,400 m. It sources cherries from nearby highland kebeles and works with 184 smallholder farmers. This lot is naturally sun-dried on raised beds for 16–20 days, producing a vibrant cup with notes of papaya, peach schnapps, and floral blossom honey.
