A washed coffee from the Sasaba Washing Station in Ethiopia, produced at an altitude of 2,000 masl in the Guji region. Processed by local smallholders, the coffee offers a vibrant, tropical, and floral flavor profile with notes of Bergamot, Jasmine, and Peach. The coffee undergoes a 48-72 hour washed fermentation, resulting in consistency and crispness. The production involves over 500 farmers contributing to better quality and prices for the community. Owner Tsegaye Hagos Tesfaye oversees the operation, which includes both washed and natural lots.
