Back in 2013, when a lot of Leeds was still serving commercial coffee, we wanted to show people what specialty coffee could taste like, and how much impact supporting that process could create. So we created The Docks, a blend built to bridge that gap. It carried the familiar comfort of traditional espresso, while also shining a light on the sweetness and care of specialty production. More than ten years later, it’s still the blend we come back to. Named after our destination brunch coffee shop at Leeds Dock, it’s a classic now poured in independent coffee shops across Yorkshire.
