We love the focus on conservation at Roble Negro, which Will had a chance to see firsthand recently. It also helps that their coffees are delicious – this one has warm and grounding notes of milk chocolate, hazelnut, and orange. Roble Negro is owned by Jorge Vasquez and his niece and nephew Dani and Alex. To them, coffee trees help support their core focus of conserving the rainforest, not the other way around.
