We pair this up with our most interesting coffee yet - Shockd, a coffee that has been selected by our head roaster, presenting a diverse flavour profile and exhibiting the absolute yin and yang available in two different growing regions. True to its name, Shockd is a standout Colombian gem that has been transformed through the innovative thermal shock method. The result is a sensory shockwave, balancing lush sweetness and a striking citrus edge. Shockd brings vibrant notes of luscious and sweet bramble, weaving into tangy rhubarb, all sharpened by a zesty burst of red grapefruit.
